AI training FAQ
Who needs to be trained under Art. 4 of the EU AI Act?
Providers and deployers of AI systems must ensure that their staff and other persons working with AI systems on their behalf have sufficient AI literacy. This also applies to companies that “only” use off-the-shelf AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or AI features in standard software.
Is a specific certificate required?
No. The regulation does not prescribe a specific training format or certificate. What matters is documenting who was trained on which topics and when. We provide certificates of attendance for this purpose.
Is a one-time training enough?
AI literacy should match the systems in use, the tasks and your employees’ level of knowledge. When new tools or use cases are added, we recommend a short refresher.
Is the training held on-site or online?
Both are possible – on-site at your company or online. We agree on scope and duration for your group during the initial call.
Do you cover the specific tools we use?
Yes. We work with examples from the tools you actually use – such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or AI features in graphics and office software.
Do we need an internal AI policy?
It is not explicitly required. However, a policy clarifies which tools and which data are permitted and supports your documentation. On request, we provide a template.
